Our Favorite Tools

We are grateful for the resources that surround us.  We value the tools we have.  Everything has a purpose, therefore everything is a tool.  Tools range from office pens, computers, and printers… to screw drivers, levels, wrenches, and power tools.  Every person uses certain tools more frequently than others and I’m trying to understand which tools help our team the most.  To understand I’ve compiled a list of each employee’s top four favorite tools.

I began by asking them what tools they use the most.  After this, each employee made corrections and prioritized their favorite tools.  Several people clearly expressed that every tool is important.  Then they mentioned their tool of choice particularly depends on what activity they are doing.
